Can you give us/me an estimate on about how long the waiting list is(1 week 2weeks etc) Because I would like to get on the list since I have almost ascended my ranger and have a few things I would like to do to prepare for UW(skill cap & buy some skills at ember light camp)
I would need about a week before I am ready.

Aswell, n00b question: if I have charmed an animal, do I just have to charm another pet so that the previous pet will be banished or what?

We usually run 3 man party and i believe i have explained the price increase in one of my earlier post.

It is very rare for us to get wiped out totally as we have a backup monk tagging along. Sometimes freak accidents do happened once in a blue moon but no we dont give discounts.

THe usual waiting time is one to two days. But there instances where we can do it for immediately, this is provided the customer before you on the waiting list are not online.

As for current pet, you can release it by talking to the Jared the Tamer (NPC) outside post sear Ascalon.

but yeah, i won't be online a lot today.

First we're sorry you didnt get the spider.
With only a 2-man team, the success rate for getting a spider is 80%, which I am sure they informed you of. Usually we go with a back-up monk in case the tank dies. We only do 2-man if we have no guild members available and still want to help out the customer with the spider.
Secondly, my guildies tell me you lagged out on the second and third try... and that they paid entrance fee twice and you once (correct me if im wrong).
Contact us in game for another run pls and we will be glad to help you out and come to an agreement.

no, i paid them for each time i lagged out. i lagged out the first and second and lagged out when we went back to the ToA after the deaths.

No, they didn't tell me the sucess rate.

These guys got me a Dire Spider on the weekend, I went with 2 monk and a necro. We got it on the second try with 0 problems (bug on the first try? They also payed the entrance fee 2nd time)
I'd recommand getting the service is you want a spider(that is if we ever get favor again > >")

Very good service.
Just finished spider capturing and got a dire one ^_^ (love to deal dmg)
Beside that, I also found a 15% in stance storm bow!!
Recommand to all those people who want to get a spider fast and save.

No, only those items dropped that are allocated to the customer belongs to the customer.

Man, these guys are fast and precise... They got me in and out quick.

Very Experienced, they were also nice enough to let me tag along alittle after we finished, and got me an extra 15k+ exp.. and got me a skill point.

I got my spider aswell, although the invinci died a few times, it was still a well planned team. Very good job and I would use them again if I needed the service.
